This year, True Corporation presented more than 97 innovations, with 7 teams selected for academic showcases and 16 teams exhibiting practical, real-world applications.
A key highlight was the recognition of 5 teams that won the prestigious Chairman Awards. These achievements reflect the diversity of True’s innovations, ranging from enhancing customer experiences to protecting society from cyber threats, supporting medical advancement, and safeguarding the environment. The award-winning projects include:
- True Dynamic Script – Transforms traditional “scripts” into personalized conversations that truly resonate with customers through a real-time content adjustment system and DEMO Training.
- TrueVisions Subscription Data Analyst – An AI-powered system that enables TrueVisions to better understand its 1.4 million subscribers by collecting and analyzing real-time data, reducing daily processing time from 150 minutes to just a few minutes.
- Intelligent Robot for Thyroid Cancer Treatment – A smart robotic system that assists in iodine-131 radiotherapy, reducing radiation exposure for medical personnel, setting new safety standards, and improving treatment efficiency.
- True CyberSafe – A cyber shield that protects 60 million mobile numbers from online fraud, automatically blocking 98.7% of threats and preventing over 2.066 billion fraudulent link clicks – an average of 7 million per day.
- Genie (Green Energy Network Intelligence) – An AI-driven energy management system for mobile base stations that cuts electricity costs by more than THB 180 million annually, while reducing carbon emissions and optimizing resource use.
In addition, one of the standout projects is True Vision Now: AI Environment Monitoring, an AI system capable of detecting and alerting fire incidents anytime, anywhere, through any IP camera model, with instant notification. The project has also advanced to the Pitching Competition (Idea Seed) round, a platform that provides opportunities to present concepts with the potential to be developed into future innovations.
Marking a Milestone: “Center of Excellence” – A New Innovation Hub to Advance Thailand’s Digital and AI Future
CP Group has unveiled the COE: Center of Excellence, a state-of-the-art innovation research hub located on the 2nd floor of True Digital Park (West). The COE houses both a Bio-Technology Lab and True’s Digital & AI Lab – a research and innovation center dedicated to digital and artificial intelligence. The Digital & AI Lab is designed to foster an open ecosystem of collaboration, connecting the strengths of global partners, universities, government agencies, private sector players, and startups. Its mission is to accelerate Thailand’s transition toward a dynamic and competitive digital economy.
The Digital & AI Lab is organized into five cutting-edge zones: an Ideation Zone to spark creativity, a Co-Creation Zone with co-working pods for collaboration, a Training & Learning Zone that upgrades skills at all levels through smart classrooms, an R&D Deep Research Zone with AI/ML and IoT Robotics labs that transform ideas into real innovations, and an Experience Zone where visitors can engage with future technologies such as Smart Stores, Smart Healthcare, and Smart Home & Office solutions.
