Bangkok, 3 February 2026 – TrueBusiness reinforces its leadership in integrated communication and digital solutions for enterprise businesses, organizing the “Patient Centric Care at Scale – Crafting Healthcare Ecosystem with Data and Tech” seminar. This event synergized medical knowledge and expertise from leading medical institutions with the strengths of True Corporation as Thailand’s leading Tech Company, aiming to elevate collaboration and transform Thailand’s public health system into Proactive Healthcare.

Dr. Teeradet Dumrongbhalasitr, Chief Business Officer, True Corporation Plc, opened a new chapter in Thailand’s modern, data-driven public health through his keynote titled “From Data to Health Scoring”, highlighting “Patient Singularity” which merges 1080-degree Data with AI and Human Intelligence. By connecting health system data from hospitals with various dimensions of daily life, the framework elevates healthcare to a personalized level and redefines preventive healthcare with the Health Scoring concept. This health index will be accessible to everyone to ensure Thais possess Health Literacy and attain universal well-being.

Deep Dive in Thailand’s Health Crisis When Genetics is No Longer the Sole Factor

Currently, behavior and environment have become primary factors affecting health. Statistics show that one in six Thais face health issues from pollution, particularly PM2.5, which higher than a safety standard five to seven times. This continuously increases the risk of respiratory diseases and overall health complications. Meanwhile, one in four Thais suffer from Non-Communicable Diseases or NCDs with an average growth rate of three to five percent annually. This trend is led by diabetes and hypertension which reflects a rising health burden at both the individual and national levels. Additionally, mental health issues are intensifying as latest data indicates that the number of mental health patients has more than doubled when comparing 2024 to 2025. This is driven not only by genetics but also by external pressures including daily stress, family expectations, academic and work burdens, and heightened social competition.

Consumer data analysis also reveals a stronger “Health Conscious” trend where health-related products have grown by twelve percent from 2025 through this year. This growth is particularly evident in healthy beverages, whole grains, and nutritious cooking ingredients such as low-sodium seasonings. Furthermore, products related to performance and exercise show prominent growth which reflects consumers’ spending for proactive healthcare.

All this data indicates that factors related to health are no longer limited to genetics but encompass behavior, society, and environment.

Patient Singularity — the Convergence of Data, AI and Human Intelligence as One

Dr. Teeradet revealed that TrueBusiness collaborates with partners across various industries to integrate technology with Human Intelligence. This marks the first time such a convergence has created a new perspective on personalized healthcare called “Patient Singularity” which is powered by three core elements.

  • Data Thailand’s largest 1080-degree data including Telco Data 360-degree which covers lifestyle, mobility, and the rest, along with Retail Data 360-degree derived from consumer behavior via shopping baskets, and Health Data 360-degree likes health records. All data have been gathered and analyzed under consent and data privacy and protection according to PDPA and related rules and regulations.
  • AI: The analysis of big data to find insights such as Leading Patterns or health indicators.
  • Human Intelligence: Medical wisdom, knowledge, and expertise used to frame the data analysis for accurate and precise insights.

This convergence enables behavioral and daily lifestyle segmentation, classifying into fifty groups known as Fifty Shades of GEN STRONG. This allows deep-dive healthcare that goes beyond treatment to identify risks for prevention before diseases occur. It transcends traditional limitation toward proactive healthcare which reduces the burden on physicians and fosters a health-conscious culture among Thais.

Unveiling the Health Scoring Concept as a Universal Health Index

Dr. Teeradet emphasized that the integration of Data, AI, and Human Intelligence into one is the foundation of the Health Scoring concept which has been developed by TrueBusiness and is currently undergoing the proof-of-concept phase to demonstrate concrete and tangible results. Health Scoring is calculated through five key performance indicators including

  • Sleeping Pattern The quality of sleep
  • Physical Activity Daily movement and exercise
  • Nutrition Consumption Consumption habits.
  • Preventive Behavior Behaviors that reduce disease risks
  • Medical Resilience Adherence to medical advice

These data are analyzed and classified as an individual health score compared against Thai national averages to evaluate risks for various diseases such as diabetes, stress-related illnesses, or chronic kidney disease even before symptoms appear.

Moving Forward to Precision Medicine and Proactive Health Prevention

“Our goal is not merely to collect and analyze data, but to create a system centered on patients and those not yet be patients to understand each individual specifically. This assists physicians in more accurate decision-making for Precision Medicine and transforms the healthcare system from medical treatment to Proactive Health Prevention. This uplifts Thai’s Health Literacy to understand their own health and change behaviors for better well-being every day. This serves as the foundational starting point for safeguarding the health of the Thai people, while reducing the burden on medical personnel and actualizing a proactive public health system in Thailand.” Dr. Teeradet concluded.
