November 21, 2025 – True Corporation is urgently dispatching engineering and network teams to Thung Song District and other affected areas in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to inspect and maintain base stations, fiber-optic routes, and communication infrastructure in flood-risk zones. The company is carrying out emergency maintenance measures to ensure that mobile and home internet services remain operational without interruption, despite heavy flooding that has impacted multiple communities following prolonged rainfall. The flooding has caused runoff from upstream areas to inundate economic zones, main roads, and municipal districts, forcing residents to evacuate and move belongings to higher ground. Residents are relying heavily on mobile and internet connectivity to coordinate with rescue teams and government agencies.

True Corporation has strengthened network readiness in Nakhon Si Thammarat by preparing Cell-On-Wheels (COW) mobile base stations to reinforce signal coverage in critical areas affected by flooding. These efforts are aimed at supporting uninterrupted communication for residents, government officials, local authorities, and volunteers engaged in disaster response operations.

True Corporation reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding the reliability of its nationwide communication network, enabling people in affected areas to stay connected without disruption and supporting cross-sector efforts to provide relief and restore normalcy as quickly as possible.
