July 24, 2025 – True Corporation has urgently deployed emergency response teams to Nan Province to maintain mobile and home internet communication systems as part of its emergency response plan for heavy rainfall and flash flooding. The company has also provided essential supplies, including food and drinking water, to flood victims while closely monitoring the ongoing torrential rain across northern provinces including Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Lampang, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Nong Khai, and Bueng Kan.
True Corporation has established a War Room at its Business and Network Intelligence Center (BNIC), which operates in conjunction with AI systems to monitor the network 24/7.
In collaboration with the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM), True has supported the delivery of emergency alerts to residents in high-risk areas via the Cell Broadcast Service (CBS) and SMS systems. The DDPM, as the responsible government agency, manages the issuance of disaster warnings and determines the message formats for various alerts.
True Corporation teams also delivered food and water as part of initial relief efforts to flood victims in Nan Province. Supplies were handed over to Permanent Secretary of Nan Province, while teams continue to monitor the situation on the ground.

- Readied spare equipment and emergency repair teams to ensure uninterrupted network service
- Stood ready to coordinate with relevant government and private sector agencies to support disaster response efforts
