Bangkok, 23 December 2025 – Plus Property, a leading property management specialist in Thailand overseeing residential projects for more than 100,000 households nationwide, has joined forces with True Corporation, Thailand’s telecom-tech company, to drive environmental sustainability through the launch of the “Plus Kor Kan Dee – e-Waste TinkTookTee DTorJai” initiative. The project invites residents from over 85 Plus Property managed residential projects to declutter their homes and welcome the New Year by disposing of electronic waste properly. As a special initiative, a mobile e-waste collection truck will be deployed directly to residential projects, making it easier for households to access proper e-waste management without leaving home or traveling long distances. By combining the strengths of both organizations, the initiative aims to accelerate the collection of e-waste and ensure it enters a 100% proper recycling process. Each correctly disposed e-waste item is also transformed into social value, with 1 item equal to 1 baht, to be donated to schools in nearby communities. This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of Plus Property and True Corporation to expanding environmental participation and enhancing community quality of life, fostering sustainable growth for communities in the long term.

Ms. Suwannee Mahanarongchai, Managing Director of Plus Property Company Limited, explained that “PLUS operates its business under a sustainability framework that placed importance in all three dimensions of the ESG principle, namely the environment, society and governance. This sustainability pursuit is conveyed through the “Quality of Life and Well-being” concept, with PLUS’s ESG efforts covering environmental management, community care, health and wellbeing promotion, the promotion of harmonious co-existence within a multi-generation society, and encouraging lifelong education. This collaboration expands on PLUS’s sustainability efforts by promoting environmental friendliness via correct waste management. Residents are given the opportunity to bring their electronic waste to a disposal area, ensuring that the waste is systematically handled or recycled. One piece of electronic waste is given the value of one baht, with all proceeds to be handed over to schools within the neighborhood.”

Ms. Naruemon Arporntanakul, Deputy Managing Director – Property Management Division, said that “The cooperation between PLUS and True Corporation enriches the residential community by helping residents care for the environment and contribute to their community through daily activities. True Corporation-supported e-waste disposal sites have been set up at 85 projects managed by PLUS, making it easier and more convenient to manage electronic waste. The initiative illustrates how PLUS’s property management role takes into account the society, the environment, and the wellbeing of residents. We plan to expand toward knowledge transfer and long-term joint activities, such as visiting locales to provide knowledge on e-waste and the environment to youth. These will be undertaken alongside other environment-promoting activities such as growing vegetables and collecting trash under the ‘Plus Kor Kan Dee’ program, instilling concepts about value-conscious use of resources and encouraging the newer generation’s participation in caring for their own community”.

Mr. Pakpong Akaniwan, Deputy Chief, Head of Online & Convergence, True Corporation Plc., said that “Today, digital technology has become an integral part of every household from home internet and smart devices to digital platforms that enhance people’s quality of life. True is not focused solely on being a mobile or broadband internet service provider. Rather, we are moving forward as Thailand’s leading telecom-tech company, delivering a diverse range of services that create meaningful digital experiences. Through IoT devices, we are transforming ordinary homes into smart homes, elevating everyday living to be smarter and more connected. At the same time, TrueOnline, as a leading home internet provider that stands ‘by your side,’ places even greater emphasis on care and responsibility. We recognize that bringing technology into people’s homes must go hand in hand with end-to-end responsibility from technology usage to managing environmental impacts. Therefore, we are pleased to collaborate with Plus Property on the project “Plus Kor Kan Dee – e-Waste TinkTookTee DTorJai” Project, inviting residents to bring electronic waste, including e-waste generated from digital devices, into proper recycling processes. This reflects True’s commitment to engaging communities and promoting responsible technology use, in order to build a sustainable digital society for the long term.”

Dr. Naetchanok Wipatasinlapin, Head of Sustainability Division of True Corporation Plc. said that “True Corporation is committed to developing its organization in line with sustainable development principles. We recognize the environmental impacts of our operations and have continuously played an active role in the comprehensive and responsible management of electronic waste, which requires collaboration from all sectors to address e-waste as a growing global challenge. True has enhanced the “e-Waste TinkTookTee DTorJai” initiative through a mobile collection model that makes e-waste disposal more convenient by providing on-site collection services. This time, we have expanded our collaboration with Plus Property to collect e-waste from households and residential projects nationwide, covering a wide range of items from old smartphones and small IT devices to unused IoT equipment. This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both organizations to fostering environmental awareness, promoting responsible use of technology, and moving toward a sustainable future. To date, True has recycled more than 1.99 million pieces of electronic waste in accordance with international standards, established over 400 e-waste collection points nationwide, and plans to further expand these points to increase accessibility for customers and the wider community.”
