Bangkok, November 25, 2025 – True Corporation continues to assert its leadership as a sustainable organization in Thailand, securing the “Honorable Mention” tier of the Sustainability Disclosure Award for the 6th consecutive year. This highest-level award underscores the company’s commitment to transparent, comprehensive, and internationally aligned Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure and reporting standards.

The Thaipat Institute, represented by Ms. Veeraya Priyapan (left), Director of the Sustainability Disclosure Community, presented the Sustainability Disclosure Award (Honorable Mention) to True Corporation, represented by Mr. Veerasak Pongtanyavichai (Right), Head of Sustainability Development of True Corporation Plc., at the “The State of Corporate Sustainability in 2025” event held at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC). True Corporation was recognized as a leading Thai telecom-technology organization and a role model for businesses operating with strong governance principles. The company places a high priority on all stakeholders across the value chain by disclosing sustainability information that is transparent, complete, and verifiable, and consistently communicating it to the public to build confidence among investors, customers, and society.

The event also featured the launch of ReportLM, a tool designed to help organizations prepare sustainability reports in accordance with the ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board) standards. ISSB is a global sustainability reporting standard aimed at ensuring consistency, comparability, and verifiability of climate-related and sustainability-related operational data. This is an approach that True has continuously prioritized and implemented to enhance the quality and transparency of its organizational sustainability disclosures.

The Thaipat Institute disclosed that over 953 Thai organizations are now participating, reflecting the progress of the Thai business sector in driving alignment with international frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) on economic, social, and environmental impacts, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) assessments, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). True is highlighted as one of the most prominent organizations for its complete and transparent disclosure.

This award reflects True’s commitment to driving sustainability and establishing itself as a benchmark for the Thai business sector to continuously develop in line with international standards, both in terms of transparent disclosure and elevating the quality of sustainability reporting to an international level. Furthermore, this achievement aligns with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) Target 12.6, which encourages companies, especially large and transnational companies, to integrate sustainable practices into their businesses and systematically integrate sustainability information into their annual reporting cycle.
