December 15, 2025 – True Corporation continues to closely monitor the situation along the Thai–Cambodian border around the clock, particularly in Ubon Ratchathani, Surin, Buri Ram, Si Sa Ket, Sa Kaeo, Trat and Chanthaburi provinces. The company is working closely with the military, government agencies and the NBTC to maintain communication services and accelerate repairs of affected base stations, while also providing continuous support to evacuees sheltered in temporary camps.

Beyond strengthening network readiness, True Corporation has expanded its support from simply “communication” to uplifting the emotional well-being of evacuees. Large-screen TVs have been installed in temporary shelters so evacuees can stay informed with reliable news updates, complemented by relaxing entertainment content from TrueVisions NOW to ease stress during this challenging period. True Corporation has also activated Free WiFi inside shelters and provided drinking water and dried food to help alleviate immediate hardships. Mobile Cell-on-Wheels (COW) units have been deployed at the shelters as well. In addition, the company has extended its customer relief measures, continuing the deferred payment programme until December 22.

True Corporation has promptly rolled out comprehensive assistance measures for affected communities, including:
- Installing televisions with TrueVisions NOW — enabling evacuees to watch news, entertainment and various content to stay informed and reduce stress.
- Deploying Free WiFi at 37 locations and providing free SIM cards to temporary shelters to support essential communications.
- Setting up mobile charging points, including power banks and portable backup batteries.
- Providing 10GB of free data for 7 days for affected customers.
- Adding more Cell-on-Wheels (COW) units and installing Temporary Sites to enhance 5G/4G mobile signals at shelters and surrounding areas.

- Postpaid customers (TrueMove H, dtac, True Online, TrueVisions) now have their payment deadlines extended to December 22, 2025.
- Prepaid customers receive an additional 7 days of service validity to ensure continued mobile usage.

True Corporation reaffirms its commitment to working closely with the military, government agencies and the NBTC to ensure that communication and internet services — essential infrastructure for public safety and ongoing government operations — remain highly resilient. The company remains dedicated to supporting and standing alongside affected communities, helping them safely overcome this crisis.
