Bangkok, March 21st, 2025 – True Corporation, the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (Cyber Police), and TrueMoney are teaming up in a joint initiative to combat cyber threats across all fronts. This integrated effort boosts digital security, enabling real-time data sharing to detect and stop scams immediately. They’ve also developed a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) for systematic data exchange that supports swift legal proceedings. Additionally, they’ve upgraded the 9777 Scam Report into a One Stop Service platform that allows True users to report suspicious phone numbers, SMS, or web links through three channels: phone call, USSD, and MMS. Reports are reviewed by Cyber Police and feedback is provided within 24 hours. Verified scam sources are blocked immediately. True CyberSafe has introduced new security features:
Call AI Filter: Uses AI to screen and warn users of potentially fraudulent calls, based on data from over 300,000 suspicious numbers provided by Cyber Police and analyzed scam behavior. Available for TrueMove H, dtac, and True Online customers. SMS AI Filter: Coming in May 2025, this feature warns of scam-related messages. Both services are free and require no extra apps or registration. While strengthening its partnership with TrueMoney through the “TrueMoney 3x Protection” system – a triple-layered defense to detect, intercept, and block fraudulent transactions, offering dtac and True users safer digital financial experiences.

Reports are screened by a dedicated team and AI system, with feedback provided within 24 hours. Verified scam sources are blocked immediately, and Cyber Police take swift legal action. This feature empowers the public to participate in stopping scams, creating a stronger digital safety net for society.”
