Bangkok, 6 November 2025 – True Corporation continues to collaborate closely with government agencies to combat cyber threats and scam calls that have caused widespread distress among the public and undermined trust in Thailand’s digital ecosystem. Most recently, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) and the Royal Thai Police successfully seized SIMBOX equipment—key devices used by call scam networks—in Sa Kaeo and Nonthaburi provinces. This operation was the result of data exchange in accordance with legal procedures and technical collaboration between True and relevant authorities. Such close cooperation has played a critical role in helping law enforcement effectively disrupt call center crime rings that have defrauded many Thais.
