True Corporation Cares for True and dtac Customers Affected by the Earthquake Incident, Ensuring Normal Service Operations and Establishing a War Room for Close Monitoring

28 March 2025

Bangkok, March 28, 2025 – True Corporation extends its concerns to all True and dtac customers following the earthquake in Thailand. Despite the situation, True’s telecommunications network remains fully operational across all services, including mobile communication, home internet and digital services, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity during this emergency.

Additionally, True has set up a “Disaster Monitoring War Room” with engineers and network maintenance teams stationed 24/7 at BNIC to closely monitor and assess network status in various areas. The team is also prepared for potential aftershocks, ensuring that customers can continue to communicate without disruption.

As a precaution, True service centers and dtac shops will be temporarily closed to conduct thorough safety inspections. Ensuring the safety of both customers and employees is True’s top priority. Services will resume tomorrow (March 29, 2025). For service centers located within shopping malls, reopening will be coordinated based on each mall’s policy.  Customers can still access after-sales services via the True application or contact the True Call Center at 1242 and dtac Call Center at 1678, both of which remain fully operational.

True stands with all customers during this time and remains committed to ensuring seamless communication throughout the situation.
