Bangkok, 23 May 2025 – True Corporation would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to every customer for their trust and allowing us to be a part of their daily communication needs. The network disruption that occurred on 22 May 2025 was an unforeseen incident, and our teams have worked relentlessly to bring services back to normal.

At True, putting customers at the center of everything we do is a core commitment. We regret the inconvenience this incident has caused, and to express our sincere gratitude for our customers’ trust, we would like to offer the following additional services automatically to all TrueMove H subscribers:

  • Prepaid Customers: 10GB of free data and 100 minutes free valid for 3 days. No action is required, the offer will be available starting 15 June 2025.
  • Postpaid Customers: One-day waiver on main package (in the subsequent month’s billing cycle).
